DIRECTIONS FROM TORONTO:
Take Hwy 400 North to Barrie. Once
entering Barrie, take the Bayfield Road exit, following signs for "Wasaga Beach and Collingwood". Turn left onto Bayfield,
and drive past malls. Continue on this road, past the exit for "Wasaga, Collingwood" - you will be on a 2-lane road.
Follow
the signs for ELMVALE. When you reach Elmvale, you will see the first set of lights (McDonalds on your left). Go thru these
lights to the second set, there is a Mac's Milk on your right, and a Coffe Time across to your left. Turn LEFT here.
After
you’ve turned left at the Coffee Time in Elmvale, onto County Road 92, drive through town, past Ritchie’s Feed/Garden Centre,
until you see the yellow/red/blue sign of “R&P Gas”, turn right at the gas station, onto county road 29. You will see a drive
in theatre on your immediate left.
Continue on 29, past the “Allenwood” sign (green), past the blue Tiny Township
sign until you can make out a transformer station on your left. You will see, on your right, a small “Woodland Beach” sign
(Lawson Street). Turn left, and drive down the hill. towards the water, until you see a Seniors Centre/General Store on your
right.
Immediately after the General Store, turn left onto Park Road. The cottage is approximately 500m down Park
Road on your left. The cottage has a blue and yellow sign out front on a tree. Elm Cottage (back house), pull into driveway
to the end. Pine Cottage (front house) park left, in front of the house.
