What floor plans are available?
You’ll find spacious 1-bedroom (888–924 sq. ft.) and 2-bedroom (1,334–1,359 sq. ft.) senior cottage homes. Many feature attached garages, open kitchens with stainless steel appliances, large closets, and zero-threshold showers. Select cottages also have their own fenced backyard.
Is Woodland Cottages pet-friendly?
Yes! Select homes are pet-friendly, because we know your pets are an important part of your family.

What community amenities are included?
Each gated community has a clubhouse, game room, fitness center, and swimming pool. Some of our communities also have pickleball courts! We offer group fitness classes and planned social events in all of our communities, as well.

Is this independent living or assisted living?

For the health and safety of all of our residents, Woodland Cottages does not permit smoking in the cottages or anywhere in our community.
Pricing & What’s Included
How is pricing structured?
Our pricing is all-inclusive, covering utilities (electric, water, sewer, trash), landscaping, repairs, maintenance, and pest control. Residents only need to pay for their personal phone service and renters’ insurance. Call us for current rates and availability!
Are there extra fees beyond rent?
Utilities, landscaping, and most services are built into your flat monthly lease. There’s no HOA or property tax burden.
